This information does not. In any way. guarantee the client a kill. The outfitter will provide the best camp. guides and equipment availabLe in a hunting area which will offer a reasonable opportunity for a trophy. The outfitter will conduct the hunt in a professional manner and the client will conduct himself as a gentleman and sportsman according to the following principles:

  1. The outfitter will provide a complete camp with sleeping. cooking. dining and toilet facilities.
  2. Meals will be nourishing and ample and will be prepared by a full-time cook except in self-guided hunting camps. All meals. except for lunches in the field. will be served in the dining rooms.
  3. Trophies and meat will be handled according to the specifications of the client and will be flown to Kuujjuaq (Fort Chimo).
  4. Hunting is done on foot anti canoes will be used for transportation to the hunting areas.
  5. The outfitter will be responsible for the conduct of all employees in camp and in the field.
  6. The outfitter will be the final authority in the operation of the camp and the hunt and at no time will his authority be challenged. Any questions and/or complaints will be taken up directly and in private with the outfitter.
  7. The outfitter will not be responsible for accidents resulting from any violation of safety rules governing firearms and hunting. Alcoholic beverages are forbidden until the hunting day is over and all firearms are unloaded and stored.
  8. The outfitter can, at his discretion, change the fly-in and fly-out days or reduce the number of hunting days specified and break camp for any of the following reasons -weather or unpredictable and unusual circumstances, all clients have filled their tags and all clients desire to break camp. If any individual client or any number less than all of the clients desires to fly out, it will be at die convenience of the outfitter and the other clients.
  9. The clients will practice firearms safety and good hunting habits and will not indulge in alcoholic beverages during the hunting hours. The camp managers also strongly discourage social drinking with the staff and guides. Please respect these restrictions.
  10. The client will observe all hunting and camp rules as verbally set forth by the outfitter. He will strictly adhere to all Division of Wildlife regulations.
  11. The client will closely observe the advice and recommendations of his guide and will not go out on his own unless approved by his guide or the outfitter.
  12. The client, if unable to abide by these Articles and rules set forth by the outfitter will, at the discretion of the outfitter. be flown out of the camp as soon as possible. Money will not be refunded.
