Lodging: Situated at the top of a mountain in the historic area called Skedaddle Ridge, Henderson's features five, very clean, different-sized cabins that sleep guests comfortably. Home-cooked meals are prepared and served in our modern, well-equiped dining lodge. Sit down, relax and enjoy your meal (all you can eat!) while viewing miles of beautiful wilderness! Facilities include hot and cold running water, showers, oil heat and electric lights (generator powered.) Each cabin has its own shower and indoor toilet. |

The Land: The terrain here includes thousands of acres of freely huntable woodlands (private and government owned) farmland, and rolling hills. And our weather? Well, if you don't like it, stick around...it'll change! Seriously, in spring, temperatures range from 50 to 70 degrees fahrenheit. In summer, the range is from 60 to 90 and in fall it varies from 20 to 50 degrees. A Special Note from the Owner: "Our camp is a family-run organization and is always hospitable and clean. Our guides are professionals and they enjoy hunting. We thank you for your interest in our camp. We aim to please as we base a lot of our business on return clients. The camp has operated since 1957 and enjoys a great reputation. We recommend booking early but we sometimes have last-minute openings. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information."
